Peyton Easley - Receives 2023 SIOR New Designee
Houston, TX, April 11, 2023 — Titan Commercial is pleased to announce that Peyton Easley has received the exclusive and highly esteemed Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
The SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation is awarded to real estate professionals that have maintained a high level of production during their career, are seen by colleagues in the industry as people with high character and ethics, as well as meeting certain education requirements. There are currently only 3,700 members across the world spanning 45 countries and 722 cities.
Peyton is the Founder and President at Titan Commercial. He started Titan in 2022 and specializes in Industrial, Land, and Development transactions. He represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, and has had great success with design-builds for large-scale Industrial developments.
Peyton started in the commercial real estate business in 2015 at ICO Commercial. During his time at ICO, he consistently won top sales awards and completed some of the largest transactions in the firm’s history. He is often asked to speak and write about the industrial market in Houston. He takes pride in adding value to all of his clients by providing excellent service while putting their goals first. Peyton earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 2021 and his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) Designation in 2023.
