Houston, TX - July 1, 2024 - Titan Commercial proudly announces the successful sale of a premier industrial asset located at 14830 Talcott Street in Houston. Devon Gasaway and Peyton Easley, SIOR, CCIM of Titan Commercial represented Progan US in the purchase of 108,600 square feet of industrial buildings across 7.076 acres. The Seller, Southern Gulf Packaging and Logistics, LLC, was represented by Mary Jo Giammalva of JPR Commercial Real Estate.
