Houston, TX - November 13, 2023 — Titan Commercial is pleased to welcome Nathan Mai to the team!
Nathan specializes in dispositions, development, landlord representation, and tenant representation. His core focus is on corporate design-build and sale-leaseback services, multi-tenant flex business parks, and low-coverage industrial facilities with infill development potential.
With a highly ambitious and intrinsically motivated mentality, Mr. Mai's proudest career recognition so far is earning the 'Hustler of the Year' award within two months of starting his brokerage career. He has developed a passion for facilitating strategic partnerships through unwavering persistence, exceptional client service, and creative problem-solving skills to maximize value with underutilized assets.
Outside of real estate, Mr. Mai enjoys attending innovative trade shows and conferences to gain unique insights from industry professionals leading global disruption across the manufacturing, oil & gas, and construction sectors. He graduated from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business with a BBA in Finance and was an active student member of NAIOP and ULI.
